Yeah, I saw this too. Just when I thought that there might be a little justice in this world. He will be judged eventually and I hope he has prepared for it. Accountablity and personal responsiblity, where have they gone?

Until some of these murderers get punished in some way the trend will continue. Govt agents immune from prosecution sounds like any tyranical govt to me. No acountability for their actions over and over. What is being created here?

I think this was all a show. I don't think there was ever a chance of Lon paying for what he, or his superiors, did.

If I were Lon I don't know how safe I would really feel. He has already had several threats on his life and the life of his family. Now the execution of Tim McVeigh has really stirred the pot even more so within certain groups. Now he isnt going to be charged with the crime of killing Vicki Weaver so that a jury of his peers can decide whether he committed a crime or not. This will only upset many people that much more.
It honestly wouldn't surprise me if someone doesn't take justice into their own hands and off him themself. If I were him I would be afraid to go anywhere. I think thats how he should feel. Michael |

I smell a major case of blackmail here. Those farging cork soggers! They should all be hanged! They didn't spend six years trying to get the opportunity to try this bum scag, just to decide, "Nah, we don't wanna prosecute."

Randy Weaver, accused of being a white supremacist and suspected of illegal gun trafficking by federal officials, was under surveillance by U.S. deputy marshals when a firefight broke out, leaving Weaver's 14-year-old son and one marshal dead. On the second day of the ensuing standoff, Horiuchi, a member of the FBI's Hostage Rescue Team, fired two shots at Kevin Harris, a friend of the Weaver family, as he tried to run into the Weavers' cabin. One shot wounded Harris, but another killed Vicki Weaver, 42, wife of Randy Weaver, as she stood behind the front door holding the family's infant daughter. If you know the true story this load of crap is a f*****g piss poor excuse for a piece of journalism. This is an outrage!! Talk about media bias?!! This should go in the museum. I hope someone, anyone finds Horiuchi, and the others involved and greases them in the most painful way possible. The feral gov't is truly, truly out of control with its tyranny. I am so angry I can hardly type. Where is Boland when I need him--he can probably explain why this is a good thing. GRRRRRRR!!!! |

Butkus 51 actually Clinton style - 'he' would have shot himself before the trial. Regardless of what I think (and you know)[;D] - If I were the prosecutor I would have indicted the SAC first - to set the illegal order - Then I would have gone for Lon (aren't I funny)and regardless what his intended actions were vis-a-vie Mrs. Weaver he could be found guilty (this is based upon the order being found illegal) - for attempted murder on the Harris boy. The Boundary County Prosecutor who has fought this through the courts, when he's got it won, suddenly is the subject of an "investigation." Then his replacement declines to prosecute old Baby Killer Horiuchi. Is it me, or does anyone else think there might have been a phone call made?
