Well, the guy is not a total freak.
Just using the first layer of skin to stick pins in. I used to do stuff like that in grade school when i was really bored. |

I've seen worse - some web site where the jackass cut off the first 1/4 inch deep of skin or so in a band about 1/4 inch wide around his arm. All that was left was deep red tissue.
 Good way to get a fucking nasty infection, I'd guess. |

branding and scarification and other deep tissue body mods are way more common than you think. its sad to say that some are on a surgical level. no biggie on this 207 safety pins.. just first layer of skin as stated above. |

I think I seen a video on ebaumsworld where a guy pulled his big toenail completely off useing some vice grips

I have a worse one...some guy cutting his own finger off with a scalpel (animated gif) I'd post it here but I'm not sure if it's against the rules or not. It's really quite disturbing (it just shows a finger then suddely he starts to cut it off).
