Kofi Annan and his boys are packin' illegally imported MP-5's. Yeah - the same @$$ho|e who lead the conference against small arms proliferation this past summer. Proof of their elitist "guns for me but not for you" attitude. Proof the U.N. ain't our friends. Read more here. www.washingtontimes.com/world/20020221-14729320.htm

Maybe he's just taking advice from Teddy Kennedy, whose personal body guards routinely flout firearm laws around the nation's capital. These people, I suppose, have some very good reasons to be worried. But I wouldn't know about that. Eric The(Blithering)Hun[>]:)]

"The United States does not consider the U.N. security service a law-enforcement organization and thus deems it ineligible to possess weapons such as the MP5, according to a State Department official" This has to be one of the coolest things I've heard someone from the State Department say.

"...U.N. spokesman Fred Eckhard denied any wrongdoing. snip "I flatly reject the notion any laws have been broken," he said." I am shocked, shocked! that USA authorities presumes USA laws apply to the UN.

There is a difference between Mr. Annan and Sen. Ted Kennedy, Mr. Annon has got diplomatic immunity where as Kennedy does not.

so, if we kill someone and "flatly reject the notion any laws have been broken", then it's ok, right?
