Why doesn't the United States try testing bio-metric surveilence on US Contractors working in Iraq.
Not a ankle braclet, but like a random implant placed somewhere under the skin on a body?

Make any sense or is this to "Big brother" like

Really think about, they would know exactly where to find these people that have been kidnapped at the click of a mouse.

Bio-metrics have been around a long time, you would have a perfect scenario for this to be tested, when the contractor leaves Iraq, they implant would be removed
