She was told it was "too late". I think she still can, anyone know a quick and easy way? What is it now, go to the post office or something?

And yes, she wants to vote for Bush!

She has until 29 days before the election which I think is Monday (Oct. 4). Here is the web site you need:

Get her registered on Monday!!!!!

If for some reason she can't get registered on time they are supposed to have provisional ballots at all polling places on Election Day. She can fill out one of those and make a stink about someone refusing to register her when she was within the deadline.

In Texas it's 30 days before the election. I finally located voter registration cards and got them postmarked by yesterday so my wife and I can vote.

all military recruiting offices are voter registration places too. As long as it's postmarked by 4 Oct, all is good
