Well two things have happened to me in the past week.  I completed the firearms instructors course and unfortunately I lost my grandfather.   My grandfather was a veteran of WW11, having fought at the battle of the Bulge.  He served in the Army as an Management Analyst.  He then retired from the Civil Service here in San Antonio out of Lackland AFB.  He was 91 yrs old and lived a hell of a great life.  
We bury him tomorrow morning.

Sorry for your loss. Is he going to be buried at Fort Sam?

Did you go through AACOG for your cert?

Thanks guys.   Yes he was laid to rest at Fort Sam and no I went through an instructor from Bexar County.  We contracted this individaul on the side.  He has a good rep throughout the local LE.  Litterarlly a Jack of all trades in the business.  He get contracted quite a bit.
