B-25 flown into the Mojave Desert, trench dug, wheeled into the sand, plane weathered and burried up to the gear to look like an actual crashed B-25.

Never be able to do that today due to the tremendous costs involved.

Word was that Veteran  Bob Cummings used his own "50-mission " cap for the episode.

Plane still exists today.

Fantastic series. Rod Serling was a true genius.

yep love twilight zone takes me back to when i was a kid and watched em with my big brother one that freaked me out as a kid was the one with telly savalas and his daughters doll

But they aren't playing my favorite.  I liked the episode with Robert Redford, "Nothing In The Dark"  Only 2 people in the whole episode.
