Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - True counter-terrorism

Read a news story this morning that made a lot of sense. It seems that Bush has set up a "cell system" much like terrorists do. This means that very few know the whole plan, hence, less chance of intel leaks. My guess is that we, the public, will know and see far less. I don't expect a big shooting/bombing war, but rather a lot of "wet work". This won't be on TV like Desert Storm.
