I just picked up a new laptop and have a question on how to transfer a program from my old one to the new one.

I purchased and downloaded this particular program, but it is no longer available.

Is there a way to transfer or copy it to my new computer?

Thanks.

depends on how simple the program is.
some are fairly self contained.
stinger, some file compare programs, etc.

it would be better if you could find the original installer you downloaded.
I know I usually don't delete those. And if it was a click on this to install it probably did download it somewhere.

best case you find the executible and related files and copy them to the new machine and it runs.
worst case, there are a bunch of dll's that have to be registered, a new path to add and some registry entries you would have to compare and add. could take some time.
and even worse is if it won't run on the new os. many things don't work from say an xp machine to windows 8 that you would have to run in xp mode.
