My wife recieved a speeding ticket in late September and sent it in not guilty. She believes the Trooper read the speed of the vehicle that passed her. She sent it in not guilty and have not heard back since. What should we do? I do not want her to have an outstanding ticket.

Contact the agency that issued the citation

Why contact the agency and not the court that has jurisdiction over the ticket??

Call the court....they should have all the records concerning the ticket, any case, and any warrant.

+1 Contact the court and or your "Department of Drivers License" or what ever they call it up there.
