Well, Christmas Eve started off fine, at least until I opened to page two of my local paper.  

In an article by AP, titled "Sometimes, soldiers pick war", there's a comment that torqued me right up.

It says, "The U.S. government does not encourage Americans to fight under foreign flags.....".  Excuse me, but WTF!!?  As far as I'm concerned, the U.N. Flag is a foreign flag.  

Ohhh..wait a minute...that's right.  It's only all right serving under another flag if it's sanctioned by our government.  What was I was thinking?  Time to start tipping back the eggnog before I lose any more holiday cheer.
