Why?

Yesterday, as I was walking home from church in the 12" of snow, I saw a guy in a Willys-style Bronco driving down 19th Street, with the top down.  It was still snowing at that point.  The guy was pretty well bundled up and there was nothing in the back of the Bronco (like he needed the top down to carry something big).  This was in Philadelphia so it's not like he was near any trails or rock-crawling pits.  Why???

Then there was the guy (about a year ago) driving his Mazda Miata with the top down in the middle of winter.  30 degree weather and the top is down.  Why???

because he didnt want to put the heavy assed top back on just to make a quick drive?

maybe someone stole the top?

maybe he's a survival forum member trying to condition himself to withstand a mid winter bugout SHTF situation

My co-worker drives her bronco with no back window.

Whenever it snows hard.. she gets a pile up in the back.

I am surprised she hasn't been pulled over yet.
