Well about 3 min after the made this post I opened some mail from double tap that answers my question.

I'm disappointed that their full capacity Glock mags are still in the mid $20s range, when the neutered 10 rounders were selling for $15 beforehand. Even $40 for a 31 rounder is steep. I'm hoping some vendor offers them for bulk sale at $15 per.
