I got to work this AM, unwrapped the Saturday edition of WSJ and much to my surprise, Tony Almeda in green coveralls and handcuffed.  Picture is an old one, October 2004.  Looks like he took the fall for Ben Glisan of Enron Corp.  Dupe?
