Congrats. My wife smoked for 18 years and quit five years ago, cold turkey, when her mother had breast cancer.
Did it amaze you also what your house, clothes and car smelled like after 1 week of no smoke. Kinda stunk, huh? |

It has been 240 days for me Yes the want is still there but it is getting more fant and less often.

217 days for me, and I feel great. I look at it this way - I miss smoking (less and less every day), but I get 10 extra years to be with my wife and children. I think that's a good trade.
I used the patch and recommend it highly. Cool program to monitor your quit. |

I have quit so many times over the years and thensaid a few here and there won't hurt and Now I just can't but would like to. But girlfriends illness keeps the stress on. |

I have the utmost respect for those of you who have bludgoned the monkey that is smoking, you truly deserve all the health and extended life that this will bring you!!

 Since here in the PRK, it's around $5/pack, you should should sitting on an extra $500 green ones in your wallet now. Another 100 days and a new "loud and noisy toy" is in order. |

Been about 6 months since I quit smoking cigarettes, now I just have a cigar or 2 a week, might quit that as well.
