If you aren't going to, or are unable, to forward the paperwork I've asked for to me, if you'd at least give me the courtesy of a reply to my e-mail I'd appreciate it.  I know you're busy, and I don't mean to bust your balls, but I see you're logged in here.

I've IMd him, and my only thought is that perhaps he doesn't know how to use it.  I don't want him dogpiled...he's one of the few guys I won't release the hounds on.  If he doesn't answer me, I assume he has his reasons.
