While I am heartened to know that 78% of the respondents agree with the ruling, I am somewhat bemused to realize that over [b]1500 people[/b] registered "[i]I'm not sure[/i]".  Well, thanks for letting us know what you aren't sure about!

Does this strike anyone else as a useless statistic?  (Or does it just indicate that 3% of the on-line population is [i]completely[/i] clueless?)
