This definitely looks like the sort of tactic employed in South Africa.  I'd bet money that this is where it occured.  From what I remember reading in a G&A story years ago, they are trained to literally hang outside of the window while in a high speed pursuit in order to fire their weapons.

I saw the same video on a couple of threads from different forums.

Both said something about a video game. Not sure if it was an ad for the video game or was a video in a video game...

Heard it was performed by stuntman and it looks like it was edited to look grainer, add static, etc... narrator sounds fake. Excessive smoke from shotty and fake hits on truck look exagerated.
