Everytime I reply to a topic or click on a topic I get "This Page Cannot Be Displayed."

I have to back arrow and click it AGAIN.

Then I have to close IE and delete my arfcom cookie and reopen IE and relog into arfcom.

And I'm good for about 10 minutes or so.

It's only happening with THIS site.

Driving me nuts.

turn off modem and pc. Wait about 60 seconds then power modem fist... Let it get online (generally 30-60 seconds) then boot PC.... See if that helps.

Site isn't slow at all.

I think it starts happening if I back arrow out of a topic.

After that everything needs a second attempt to go through.

My Zone Alarm firewall did that to me for a long time.
I finally got around it by disabling ZA, sign in to Arfcom for a few hours. (cookie implant?)
After a few sessions of that I have been good for a long time.(6+ months)
That is all I could figure-damn firewall...

clear your temp internet cache then ccleaner

I get the same thing. I just deal with it

It is very irritating. It happens to me only on my work computer. Everything works great at home, where I use a Linksys router/hub. I was beginning to wonder if my boss was spying on me.

I use Mozilla as well, and had the same probem for about for a few minutes earlier this evening.. Disappeared after that for some reason. Haven't had any problem since.

My compuer is doing that to. Started about a week ago. It does it intermittantly. Arfcom wont come up, a different site will, check arfcom again, nothing, check another site, wont come up either, close ie and open again and it works.
I'm figuring it for a server somewhere getting overloaded .

I had that problem up untill about a month ago. Only on this site. I don't know why it works for me now because I didn't change anything.
Link Posted: 9/24/2005 11:07:12 PM EDT
I use IE and haven't been having any issues. Well, other than it takes forever for the "Post Reply" page to load.

Thought it was just me. I browse here with Opera and occasionally get that problem (although for me the page is just blank rather than the "cannot be displayed" msg). I just hit reload and it goes away....haven't been able to figure out the cause.
