Benching heavy and felt something give, now I pretty sore. Anyone tear there pec? What kind of recovery can I expect? I've been pushing for a 400lbs bench press and was repping 365lbs on the 6 rep I felt it give. This is bumming me out. Anyway I got to get my head right and continue training, just differently. Maybe a good time to cut some excess weight.
been there done that (minor tear while lifting) and never really got back to the level that I was at pre injury. If you did tear it it will always be a weak link. Best thing to do is to rest if for quite awhile and prob would hurt to see a Dr.
