If you can't fix it with duct tape, throw it away.

No! That's what a hammer is for!

There is very little that can't be fixed with a good hammer & a roll of duct tape!

Not a vise snob?

Now aside from some of those finely crafted machinsts vises those fellas in Asia make for the micrometer-and-metal crowd, every man needs a heavy duty bench vise.

For woodworking by hand, the way it's supposed to be done, see: The Emmert Pattern-maker's Vise

Link Posted: 3/14/2005 7:48:18 PM EST
because new vises are crappy.. you cant stick a hunk of metal in one and beat away with a sledge unti the metal bends right in one...

a 10 pound sledge...

charcoal, aircompressor, air wrench, grinder, belt grinder, sawzaw, an axe, hoe, a couple five gallon buckets, lawn mower, electricians tape, socket wrench, sockets, glue gun, rake, air pump and needles, spade, weed eater, a roller thingy magig to lay on under the car, funnel, rags....theres a lot more, but i dont wanna go in the garage and write it all down

An AK-47 of course - one gun MINIMUM,
a wife that still polishes the woodwork (or a second girlfriend that will),
a Corvette because blonds DO admire them even if the driver is a jerk, Vets EAT porches.
a AR-15 with Bayonet lug - because we CAN again.... Thank you NPR for telling me how evil guns are and how terrible it would be if the AWB isn't renewed. NPR gave me the motivation to go out one of those EVIL banded weapons.
a tool bench! No more domestic spates from cleaning guns at the kitchen table.
a refridge with a built in Ice maker
Jack Daniels to compliment the Ice maker.
a son or daughter to raise conservative and delight in their development.

I think every man should have at least one good pen. Not necessarily expensive, but one that feels good and writes smoothly. I'm also a believer in having a good suit and a nice pair of sunglasses. --ST

A big, lifted truck
A fast sports car
A two-car garage full of tools
A safe full of guns
Shelves full of ammo
A fridge full of beer, or a kegerator
A hot and horny wife who is also a great cook
Digital cable, huge TV, surround sound stereo
DVD player and lots of DVDs
A gas BBQ with a side burner

Did I miss anything?
