So we heard

FNC is reporting that ATF got him. How come ATF's involve?

He's going to probably be around a longer than many of us, of course a minimum of life behind bars. That jail food is a lot healthier than many of us eat. Of course at some point he may get the needle(pun is intended).

Now we clothe and feed him for the next 15 years (conservative estimate) until he gets put to death if ever.  Why couldn't he do himself.

I think that ATF was in the area and lent a hand, also he has numerous weapons charges that are Federal offenses....not to mention a couple belonged to the US Marshal they think he killed

Life expectancy is shortened considerably in prison. Wasn't this in Georgia? They must have the death penalty. In some ways sitting around through years of appeals might be worse than just getting killed quickly.

I still think China has the right idea. Once you are on death row, you just sit there with no knowledge as to what will happen next, you might even be released, but if they decide your time is up they show up at the door without warning and just drag you out back and shoot you. Be pretty unnerving every time you heard the door to the cel block open....

The girlfriend and I were talking about that last night.  They come in tell him tomorrow he will die. They get all ready to do it and then go, hey we are just pulling your chain.  Next week is when you are going to die.

Now the long process begins.
The "lawyers" who will line up to defend this piece of shit.
The hollywood leftys who will rally to his cause.
The socialists and liberals who will run countless stories of how he had a bad childhood and that society is to blame.
Jesse, sharpton, farakhan and the congressional black caucus will claim he's a victim of racism.
All that and then *IF* he's convicted he might get life or death but either way we will be paying for the life of this piece of shit for decades to come.
Then *IF* the day ever comes that he is to die, he will just be put to sleep.

They all should be killed also...along with any "touchy, feely" political correct bullshitter that allowed women to be balifs in the first place.

Polotical correctness killed 3 people yesterday...this criminal just happened to be the one that pulled the trigger.

I think its great that Fox news was on the ball on this one.  I'm flipping channels while its breaking and Fox is all over the story. When Fox news is breaking that he is in customer the guy on MSNBC is still discussing what options the SWAT team has, and how they will go in. I flipped over to CNN and they are showing a Lipitor commercial.......

Any of you guys get in trouble, be  sure you tell your lawyers to put the interests of society as determined uninvolved internet kibitzers ahead of your interests. That's how you want it, right?

If your kid is accused of a crime, instruct his lawyer to tell the judge that he might as well stay in jail till the trial. If you're accused of a crime, tell your lawyer to just go through the motions of defending you if there's a chance you're guilty. No need for a real defense, is there? Your lawyer should look past your interests and your liberty and your life and do "the right thing."

Hell, IM your real names and I'll google you weekly; when you step on your crank, I'll send copies of your brilliant, insightful posts to your lawyer, so he'll know that when you offer an explanation for your deeds, or ask him to get you out on bond so you can attend to your business till the trial, or ask him to mount a vigorous defense even though the evidence against you is compelling, you're just ranting, you aren't yourself, and he should ignore you.

When you geniuses wake up in hell, remember that you prayed hard to get there.

So you are saying that it was good that the lawyer fought to have his violent criminal client appear unrestrained in court, which greatly contributed to the deaths?  This was, of course, to provide the jury the illusion that the client was an upstanding citizen.  You are saying the lawyer did the right thing here, right?

OK MR. BRILLIANT LAWYER, WHAT KIND OF LAME ASS EXCUSE WOULD YOU COME UP WITH TO DEFEND THIS GUY.

1) We know he did it.
2) There is NO excuse.
3) At this point he has been proven guilty beyond any doubt.
4) FRY HIS ASS.

Oh and by the way, what kind of EVIL SOB executes a court reporter.  I can't even come up with a reason that would be acceptable to his Momma

Did anyone notice that it was a female FBI agent that was escorting him into the federal building? (well it was a female to his right, and a male to his left and 2 males behind him.)

Anyone think they made sure that a female was seen escorting him to head off any "females shouldn't be guarding violent offenders" thing?
