I got excited about MK4... then I read the post content.

I am once again flaccid.

I've got a Thermopen and a Thermopop. If I had to do it all over again I would have just bought two Thermopops and saved a bunch of money.

I feel like a dirty cheater when I use my Thermapen, but the results are worth it.

The ChefAlarm is also great for oven roasting and with the smoker.

Love their stuff. I have the original thermapen, time stick, and timestick treo. Love them all and used them a lot.

I agree, and it is what I did.
I love cooking and baking, both indoor and outdoor. I'd love to have a Thermopen but since I'm not a competition chef and money is tight, I find that the Thermopop works just fine for me.
