Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - The whole 922(r) reinterpretation rumor

I've heard rumors of a change going into effect on 01-JAN-2006 WRT 922(r). This rumor states that we won't be able to get barrels in country after that date.

Does anyone have evidence of this? I searched the USDOJ and BATFE websites and found nothing regarding a new take on 922(r).
