I don't really need to go in depth I'm sure, but the welfare state has created so many problems.  The worst part is I don't think that the true problem will ever be addressed.   Rant on.....

I work my ass off and I don't have health insurance...I am not saying that the government should give health insurance, because I don't think they should, but you see my point.   Welfare....what a joke.  If people get money for housing, food, medicine, etc., why would they want to go get a job or go to school or get some training.  Don't get me started.  Oh ya, I realize I am new so you guys will think I'm retarded no matter what I say.

.gov has taken away all the incentive to excel at anything by handing out all the shit someone needs to live. Lyndon Johnsons' Great Society has removed all the impetus for poor folks to assimilate into normal productive society. Of the millions of professional poorfolks that have learned only how to find the teet, how many actually had the accumen to produce something beneficial to mankind? I tend to imagine there have been quite a number.

On the Larry Elder show a while back he was talkng about some people who set up some free job training type deal in one of the projects of the major cities...the people running the traing said that through the course of it (cant remember how long), not one person came up to check it out.  They also said that right across the street several people sat there all day playing dice or marbles, or something along those lines.  FREE EVERYTHING=NO INCENTIVE

Heard it on O'Reilly recently that Bush has given more money to the poor than any other president, even Clinton, our first black president.  Then all you hear is Jesse Jackson talking about Bush giving tax cuts to the rich; Jesse IS one of the rich!

One could almost make a conspiracy argument that those that instituted the "welfare state" knew exactly what they were doing and did so to maintain "segregation".  Any half-wit could figure out what would happen.  Look at socialist countries and see how productivity drops through the floor.

If you really want to find a root cause of racial inequity look no further than the welfare state.  Seriously, if you you were albe to switch everyone's skin color with a snap of the finger in the ghetto they would be no better off.  Behavior is learned.  Laziness and ignorance is passed from one generation to the next.  Those that live off the gov's teet will continue to live off the teet and so will all their future offspring (which will most likely be concieved out of wedlock prior to the age of 18).
