I got hold of his phone number ,can anyone do a reverse look up so I can press charges on the right name? I don't really care about the 45 bucks , he beat some poor guy out of 400 and a bunch of other people too.

I called two numbers up from his and two down ,it's a sprint cell phone. He wants me (under a fake name I used) to buy his current item and send him a postal money order. This guy is unreal,he's really trying to beat me for $760.00 [:(!] http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=2587&item=3135825256 I started running up the bids but someone else is doing it to him also.

I got this from him, "Hello. You are currently the runner up-bidder for the F-16 cockpit. I have tried to contact the current high bidder, however his email is invalid, and his phone number is invalid in his contact information. I am writing to ask if you would be interested in buying this item for your current highest bid. I would be interested in ending the auction early with all bids in place, and make the sale to you, rather than gambling on a buy with no valid information. Please get back to em and tell me if you'd be interested. Thanks. Mike

Got it! $760 for a model? LOL! I *hate* ebay assholes... pay for what you buy, ship what you're paid for. How hard is that? And now this guy is changing his story... He says, ... "I only am listing new items now only because I have finally straightened out previous commitments, and all outstanding items have been shipped or refunds paid." Does that include you?

With that kind of money he doesn't want to let PayPal clip him for there usual percentage. And it makes it harder to contest should he renig.
