Later, Badredfish  News article out the St. Augusting - Florida Deputies: St. Johns Home-Invasion Burglar Shot By Victim St. Johns County deputies are investigating a home invasion which ended after one of the suspects was shot by the victim. The incident happened just after midnight in the 6,000 block of Cypress Springs Court. Authorities said the suspect was taken by air ambulance to Shands-Jacksonville Medical Center, but his name and condition were not available. Deputies said two other suspects were detained. Half the time I see stories like this, they refer to the BURGLER as the "victim". How fucked up is that?

Lets not forget about the coup de grace, Florida is a Felony murder state. If they catch the other scum bag(s) they will get charged with the murder of their comrade.
I like to think of it as the "Southern" justice system.
