Thanks. I knew this would be coming and I predicted it to the Mrs. My SIL has been freeloading for YEARS. Fortunately she lives about an hour and half from here. She called me the day of the viewing (actually about two hours before hand) to drive up there, pick her up, taker her to the viewing then drive her back, then I would have to drive home. I would do something like that for someone who TRULY needs it but she has a brand new car subsidized by FIL. She's driving the Mrs crazy (and thus driving me crazy) with all the phone calls not only to us but the other extended family. She expects the Mrs to call her everyday to see how she's doing. She has come out and asked the Mrs for us to take her in. Ain't gonna happen. I'm really dreading the days to come. |

Sounds like it's way past time for her to get her act together and start being a responsible adult. If everyone in the family says no to her, then she'll be forced to either live on the street or get a clue and take care of herself on her own. Of course, she sounds like the type to purposefully live out of other people's homes so she could try to guilt the rest of the family. "Waa, nobody would help me and now i'm living on the streets!"

Sorry about that crap man. Went through this BS two years ago when my Gram, (Dad's Mother) died. She and my Pop-Pop raised me after my Mom died when I was 14. My scumbag POS Uncle moved in with them about 10 years ago and slowly brainwashed Gram into cutting my Dad and I out of the will. My Uncle and little punk cousin got most of her money!! Oh well, they have to answer for their actions come judgement day. |
