What holsters and mag pouches were the two main characters using for their 1911s? Were the mag pouches quads?

I believe those were "Shirt" and "Pant" brand pouches.

I have issues with that movie. Specifically, why do you bring about 90 extra magazines for your 45 but only one extra for your Galil?

Priced Galil 25rd 7.62N mags lately?  For that matter have you SEEN any.  Rarely do you find a 7.62N Galil in the US with more than 2-3 mags with it.

They're criminals, not friggin ARFCOMmers.  Oh wait, someone one should link fictional movie characters to CDNN Investments

That whole movie I was like "these arfcom bitches are out of their mind, this movie sucks." The final gunfight I was like "ok, that's almost worth sitting through juliette and the blond dude's annoying as hell voices for, but thank god for fast forward and chapter select! The mini shoot-out at the motel was a charlie foxtrot as far as target selection goes.

When that galil runs outta ammo & he drops it down the safety is clearly on and how do you like those perfectly straight lines of bullet holes it makes in the walls Still was a cool movie ^^

I think they were Galco Royal Guard In the Waistband holsters for the Colts and Uncle Mike Quad mag pouches for the mags. The movie suffered from too much exposition, but they gun fights friggin ruled next to Heat on technical accuracy IMO. One of my favs.

ASSuming that they suffered from a lack of mags because they are scarce in the "reel" world, wouldn't that just mandate that they sell that thing and get a G3, M4, or something with avaiable mags?

Those guys were totally squared away, the Mossy guy had a pouch full of extra 12g ammo, too.

The Mossy guy was actually a Remmy guy.

Another good question--were they using 9mm 1911s or .38 super??
