Now that "The King” has spoken, many of his subjects will begin to follow. And with a democratic majority in The Senate it will take only a handful of RINO Senators to insure the ratification of the UN Small Arms Treaty."  Here is the helmet. |

My understanding is what the U.N. wants doesn't matter.
Congress has to agree to it. Right? or wrong? |

Two problems: 1) There is a good chance the Senate will ratify and 2)We signed a UN treaty decades ago that says once a resolution or treaty is passed and signed by UN reps, we will consider it in full force until it is rejected by our legislature. So once the ink hits paper it is law until the Senate votes no. |
