I just got back from voting...and the dang UN flag was flying beside and barely below the US flag! On top of that I was not asked for ID.

This was in MI.

So the UN hates us, so we fund them, and fly their flag in our Elementary Schools???

Pitiful.

If Kerry wins, America will be gone.

And that's no exaggeration.

I would find out WHO authorized that blue rag to be flying at an AMERICAN polling place on election day and the make sure that their life became a living hell afterwords.

To make it worse the polling place was an Elementary School. We voted in the gym...that means that all the kids at the school have to see this flag every time they are in the gym.

Gee...whiz guys, didn't you know that the UN is making sure that we conduct our elections fairly? You know part of that Global Test deal.

Report this to the 1-800 number that keeps showing up on TV.  When I see it again, I will post the number.  Obviously a very liberal voting precinct that needs their chops busted.

An ID is NOT required in Arizona at this time either, though we are working, this very day, to change that with Prop. 200 which will require proof of citizenship

The UN flag was about 15 feet off the ground hanging on a wall....

I wish I could have reached it.

Several people in line gave me dirty looks (like I cared) when I pointed it out to my wife and made some select comments.

Shoot me if you want but I even was on the Neal Boortz show this morning talking about this. Neal Boortz is a libertarian radio talk show host out of Atlanta, but he STRONGLY supports Bush.

Prop 200 has to pass.  The propaganda against it has been so full of crap it isn't funny.  Trying to say people don't know public benefits and welfare is the same damned thing....

Remember, the fate of our nation is at stake today.

If I'd seen that and had the ability to cut the cord and pull the UN flag down, I just might have done it.  It would probably have been worth any criminal charges just to make a statement that they are not welcome in this country.  Besides, it's an insult for that flag to fly besides our glorious stars and stripes.

This is not BS - I swear it is true. If I had a camera I would have taken a picture. The US, MI and UN flag were hung on a wall about 15 to maybe 20 feet off the ground in the gym of a local elementary school which was my voting place.  Go look at it if you want. It is at the William Donley School at 2961 Lake Lansing Road, East Lansing MI.

Didn't mean to sound harsh. I know this could sound like BS but it is true.

I've thought about it and I figured that the Super for the school district probably knew about it. My county is such a liberal stronghold that I was probably the only person upset by this. My guess is that my county will go Kerry 3 to 1, if not 9 to 1.

I should add that this flag was not raised just for the election. Is is flown constantly in this school's gym - right beside the US flag and across the US flag from the MI state flag.

Let's see... in my school, inside, we have hanging the flags of all the states and US territories, and then a lot of countries, and the UN flag. The US flag is not hung higher inside. Outside, we fly the US flag, the VA flag, and the Fairfax Country flag, all at equal heights.

It pisses me the hell off that a school named after a Medal of Honor recipient (James W. Robinson, Jr.) does not honor the American flag properly, and that we hang other flags, including those of communist China, Vietnam, and Cuba, and the UN,at the same height.

Fuck the UN.

This country has made some mistakes in it's time,  two of the biggest........Not accepting the Monroe Doctrine into law and Teddy Roosevelt stopping before he got to the tip of South America!

Do that with your kids and see how they treat you when they get older!

........... Doesn't the United States constitution include a part about the government being legally dissolved if it is the will of the people?

What say we dissolve the government and put a new one in place that fixes all the bullshit and loopholes that have been exploited and get this country back on track?

No more pussy socialists, no more liberals, and no more f***ing outsiders telling us what we can or cannot do and how to do it.

Slick Willy really opened the door for the UN!   Now this will be considered commonplace!   They are already firmly entrenched here!
And if Kerry gets his way, you'll  be seeing those little blue berets marching in next year's Memorial Day parade!

I don't think anyone said it was there legally. I always look for a legal point to pursue in any conflict first. I believe it gives one a better standing than just raising a fuss, ie: you get a quicker, more efficient response.

I still can't believe the UN flag was there.

On another note I did not see one party representative when I voted - probably because the parties knew everyone at this polling location was voting democratic (minus my wife and I).
