9th circus ruled that home made MG's cannot affect interstate commerce because they never leave the state. SCOTUS heard the case and remended it back to the 9th circus for futher review. Nothing has come out of it since. Dont hold your breath.

SCOTUS sent it back saying "See Raich", in which they ruled intrastate growing and possession of marijuana was interstate commerce.  In other words, telling the 9th to change their decision.

The 9th are Hippies they like Marijuana (And Cocaine, Methanphedamine, PCP, and especualy LSD, and just about anything else....)....

I suppose that anything you manufacture for personal use or otherwise could be construed to be international commerce as well then, right?  So we can throw on some more taxes there...
