Just my opinion, but this is my take on the Second Amendment. Let me know if you agree. If you do agree and think it will help, please share it.

I watched it. Its good. But unfortunately you're singing to the choir AND the anti's don't give a hoot about the true meaning of the 2A. They're idiots using the media as a mouthpiece to spew irrelevant information to the idiot masses.

Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile This, we are heading into SCARY waters now as gunowners....the days I thought (hoped) would never arrive- have. That is exactly why I made this video. To attempt to explain the moron idiot masses a few basic principles, like natural law and why folks who just ended an 8 year war that started over a gun grab just might have put 2A in the constitution so it wouldn't happen again. Unfortunately, if people are too stupid to understand this, then they are too stupid for freedom. Mind you I didn't say they didn't deserve freedom, I said too stupid. Like giving a hand grenade to a spider monkey. |

A person who is not already into the gun culture probably thinks you are a nut. That is just my opinion, and you have seen me say it before. |

Long-winded, rambling (i.e. without a clear focus), and your appearance undermines whatever you are trying to say. Wearing sunglasses while trying to speak to people and educate them is not an ideal choice. Plus, sitting with a cap and zipped-up coat, in front of camo netting, runs the risk of giving the appearance of some "militia" leader or fringe group - whether it's true or not is irrelevant, because perception is what matters, and a lot of people will just click "back" the second they see your appearance.
Also, when you start out (in the crucial opening of the video), it is NOT CLEAR who your audience is. Are you trying to educate fellow gunowners - who may not have thought deeply about these issues - or are you trying to educate the non-gunowner, who doesn't have a clue at all. |

Thanks for your opinion, I appreciate your response. I disagree that the point is long winded or unfocused. You have to cover a few things when teaching someone the basics about the Second Amendment. Most people have no clue what it is or why it was enumerated. They don't know about natural rights. It can be said with no less, it in fact needs far more. As far as the "costume", quite the opposite is true. I "toned it down" for this video. So far I have received far more crap for it then when I was in "full costume" in my other videos. As far as audience retention the vast majority (>80%) of people stay until the end. Now I will admit that I try to keep the videos as short as possible because folks just don't have the attention spans they used to, hence my "it can be said with no less". I don't spell out my audience because I hope to educate as many folks as I can, pro and anti gun. The anti gunners may hope for a lunatic but that is not what they will find, disagree or not. In the end, I am just trying to help. It takes lots of work to put together these videos with little reward. |

Isn't that absolutely sick? Maybe I could air an episode of Honey Boo Boo and place this video in as a "commercial". I am sure glad I can make all these videos while sitting at home on welfare. Heck, I divorced my wife just so I could rent my house out to her section 8. She gets the SNAP, Obamaphone, Heating and Cooling assistance, free Comcast. Did I mention I am her live in boyfriend? |

If you are going to consider making a YT channel you absolutely have to brand it in some fashion. If I were asked to publicly speak (which I do all of the time) then no, I would not dress like this. If my YT "character" were asked to publicly speak he absolutely would be dressed like this. It happens all of the time with YT folks. Another reason for my costume is I really need to differentiate YT from real life because I do deal with the public. |

You had your little "Honey BooBoo" rant already.
You don't want opinions. You just want more hits on your videos. If you want to brand yourself as a nut, go for it. Don't get pissy when the truth is expressed, as DK-Prof did, so eloquently. If you have to dress up like you just came back from patrol, to separate your YouTube persona from your real life, that sounds like a problem. I won't disparage you anymore. I'll ignore you. I can find better information on YouTube from professionals who can dress like a normal person and get their point across. |

Were I on the fence about any part of the second amendment, your video might sway me in the wrong direction.
To me, you look like one of those Imams prostel....prostlll....preaching for Jihad. First impressions count. You lost my first impression. |

Heck, I'll just start wearing a plate carrier in the next video with an "AR-10" name badge. As far as me wanting views, that comment reminds me of folks who criticize a corporation for making money Look, I don't know who you are or why you are trying to pick a fight. I just don't understand it. Why would you waste your time? |
