"Faithless" elector Chris Suprun is not who he says he is according to this and other articles I've seen. Lies about his job history and questionable current employment:

So who is he? What's his real motivation? Go look at the PR firm be hired, named in that article.  its for the progressive movement, by progressives like Van Jones.

Maybe the Texas Republican Party needs to vet it's electors like....at all, in the future. Pretty clear that everything about this Suprun and his motivations is highly questionable.

Any bets on whether this gets reported outside the Dallas area?

There's a petition to recall Suprun.  Hopefully Gov. Abbot sees it and acts on it.

This is the idiot elector who wrote the New York Times piece about not voting for Trump. Turns out he's a liar and he's represented by liberal PR firm. Appears that a liberal lied his way into becoming a republican elector.

Is it a coincidence that the "Republican" elector who is trying to sabotage the Republican President-elect is from Texas?

He is a transplant from the northeast. Texas republicans that I know would not do this. Even the other elector here who apparently had some crisis of conscience did the better thing and resigned to allow himself to be replaced by someone who didn't have a problem voting trump. Best I can tell this asshat Suprun is alone in his idiocy. Guess we'll see.
