Trust me there is waaay more to this issue than meets the eye. The whole gay thing has already been decided in board meetings (after passing the resolution in question, the Chief Scout Executive found himself in a world of shit with his chain of command), and someone merely leaked this to the media after the fact to cause a shitstorm.
