Ya I know it is kinda a wus move, but I cant do anything about it. I personally dont mind needles to bad, but as they explained it to me my body has a failsafe mechanism, when I see something that looks wrong (like the bulging blood ballon under my skin coupled with 2 other sticks of the needle, my brain told my body (without my consent) 'that something is weird and Im gonna let you know', -Real medical speak there.

I don't understand why the hell you passed out? How much blood did they take?
Sheeet, I've probable have had 100's of needles put in me over the last 2 years. Never been a big deal. I've even had 25 small needles in me at the same time used during acupuncture. No big deal. Sgtar15 |

I can handle blood and IVs with normal sized needles, but one time I had a knee injury and the docs stuck a huge 2 foot needle in my knee and sucked out a gallon of fluid. That hurt like a mutherf@$&*#!
But at least afterwards I could bend my leg again. |

I had a knee drained once. The doctor said that it wouldn't hurt. I asked him if I could hold a scalpel to his eye while he did it and hre said, "OK, so it's going to hurt like hell."
It hurt like hell. |
