The new movie looks pretty good, so far.
I never saw the original version. (It is on one of the premium channels this month, so I might catch it.)
Of course the best "version" has to be "The Long Kiss Good Night" with Geena Davis as the amnesiac...

So, think it is going to be good?

Looks like it will be pretty good.

I do not like Damon or Affleck, so I will avoid Bourne Identity and Sum of All Fears.

If I do go see it in the theater (which is highly unlikely with the rate at which they release most movies on DVD), it will be for one reason only: Franka Potente.

Damn was she hot in Run Lola Run...

The original movie sucked bad.  The book was long but really good.  I probably wont see the new show at the theater, I almost never go to the theater anymore.  DVD, a beer or two and a big screen is much better and much cheaper for me.

I'm still ambivalent. I'll probably end up going to see it, but there's no way it can be what the book is. I just don't think Damon has the range to play Jason Bourne. No way....but it could be worse. Imagine Jason Bourne being aided by a green haired post adolescent semi-goth chick....thank god for script rewrites.

I just saw the movie and really enjoyed it. No ARs, but a nice Sig550 (or 552?) with a suppressor.

Every marine in the embassy had an AR-15. Or rather an M16...

Geena Davis rocked in "The Long Kiss Good Night". Did I mention that?

Fairly good movie. Matt Damon looks a little young and it's pretty loosely based, but not bad at all.

Delta is for Carlos...

The book was outstanding.
The first movie was horrible.  Richard Chaimberlain as Bourne?
I don't know about this next one, but, I'm hoping it's better.

I started to read Ludlum for a while and got burned out.
