The bachelor was meeting the girls parents and one of the girls dad brought out a pre ban AR and started to bump fire. The bachelor got all scared and said he is not comfortable around guns.

#1 i dont watch the show, so i dont know anyone's names. i will refer to them as "guy", "girl", and "girl's dad"
girl tells guy..... i will summarize "you are gonna meet my dad, he is gonna be mean to you" I (stainless) think it was OBVIOUS that girl's dad was trying to make the guy uncomfortable. gmc yukon pulls up, girl's dad gets out, with break open weapon in hand. guy was shocked. girls dad takes break open weapon, hands to girl, and ALMOST sweeps guys head with the muzzle, he had to move to get out of the way. girl's dad takes out Ar-15 type rifle from back seat. guy is worried, guy says "wow, this guy took out an M-16" guy askes if there are any gun rules... girl's dad says "never take them out unless you intend to use them" girl shoots first, at shaving cream cans, and other cans. girl's dad shoots AR rifle, then says "its more fun to do this" and proceeds to put rifle at waist level.... and "sprays" from the hip. girl and guy are shocked. then they continue with rest of show. i did leave some blah blah blah out. this was what i personally thought was important. #1 it was obvious that the ar15 was used as intimidation. #2 and once again, all "assult weapon" owners are once again stereotyped as "sprya and pray from the hip" type shooters.... BLAH. Stainless fell free to correct me, or add to this |

Nothing wrong with this episode, the father was great and in my eyes the girl went up a few notches. Screw who ever did not like it, we spend too much time worrying about what other people will think.

I don't think he was even bump firing, it would cycle faster than that. I think he was just pulling the trigger quickly. I don't see what the big deal was, seemed fine to me. What a puss the guy is though. Oh well, back to women playing poker.
