Its kinda stupid in Tx. To get the death penalty you have to kill a cop, fireman, more than one civvy, or during the commision of a crime like rape, burglary, robbery etc...Too bad its not "if they are found guilty they will swing quickly..."

Gawd what a fuckin loser!
I saw this stupid bitch on CNN the other day testifying. I didn't know she was an RN(and her friend?[rolleyes] or that the guy was stuck in her windshield(good lord). All she kept talking about was that she went to a club high on ecstacy,got drunk there then smoked a joint with someone. When they asked her why she didn't call 911 at several different points that night,she kept lamely saying"I didn't know what to do". When asked why her frinds didn't call 911"they didn't know what to do" Good God they "dumped"that poor persons body somewhere and tried to cover up? WTF?? Why didn't she just come out and say her and her friends didn't do anythng for the guy and didn't call 911 because they are a bunch of selfish,ignorant assholes that could think about nothing other than saving their own asses and covering up their negelegence in getting drunk and high and running people down? All those involved in this business deserve a daily prison ass stretch for the next 20 to life. |
