No, the Army uses an enterprise licensing system that activates using a valid DOD certificate

ergo, your CAC or admin token will activate computer imaged with an Army image.

and a lot of Army folk don't know this when it happens, so they just ignore the pop up messages

Licensing software from microsoft is a boondoggle. Is pretty easy to screw up.

IT guy loses they key and never registers the copy when they reinstall windows.
