I'm at work (evening shift) tonight--gotta keep the blood stock moving, even on a holiday.

Anyone else??

I'm not, but my husband is.  He's a firefighter.  Left the house at 6:00 this morning for work and won't be home till about 10:00 tomorrow morning.  Kinda screwed up Thanksgiving for us.  And besides that, it's our first anniversary today, too.  It's been a pretty crummy day.  :(

I had to work today, but I give thanks that I have a job.  It was a good day though.  First, I helped out with feeding needy families Thanksgiving dinner at our substation.  Then, RTA and I delivered some food to a church where they were feeding 200-300 basic trainees from Lackland AFB.  After that, RTA and I went to his in-laws and ate too much turkey, dressing, etc.  Then, I got home in time for the second half of the Dallas Cowgirls game.  My kids and I took 640 rds of Radway Green .308 off links and watched Dallas lose.  All in all, a good day.

Working here, too. They gave us night shift folks Wed. night off, and crammed the rest of our week into four days. So here we are, pounding it out for the last night of the week.

Just thankful I have a job, got to see family today, and have a host of interesting people like you all to chat with.
