I would like to publicly thank Sparky315 for helping me out with my SAR-2 dilemma (I couldn't find one, anywhere). The rifle arrived at my dealer today with lots of extras and was absolutely pristine at a fair price. It is good to have this kind of resource to turn to and I would still be looking for one today if he wouldn't have had one available and been nice enough to work out shipping and everything else.

I would also like to voice a kind word for everyone on the forum who helped and pointed out various SAR-2s to me. Thanks for the help.

I have corresponded with him off the board, and he is an incredibly "good egg," as my grandfather would say.  

He also has the most lovely baby daughter.  [0:)]
