I see what appears to be a brand new missile launch platform.

If you look about a mile and half to the southwest, you'll see a blackened mound with some new buildings on it. I'll bet that's the old missile launch platform.

The facility to the SW looks like a missile component/assembly facility that has been designed by an agency that doesn't have much faith in its components or procedures.
