My good friend is the safety manager for the stone quarry from the video. He is also one of the Emergency Management guys for the county. We ran 3 scenarios, including the one filmed. All were based on incidents from MSHA's fatal-grams. The TOMManikin was stuck in a roller, then one was a guy using all his body weight to loose a rock-jam in the breaker house, and the 3rd was a guy sucked into a sand pit's funnel. All of the real life incidents involved drug use on the job.
