It would be nice to have a honest to goodness genius as a GOP POTUS for a change rather than some dullard that's beholden to the US Chamber of Commerce.

The liberal media, the RINOs, Fox News, and the pundits are all pushing anyone but Trump.
Then when support fades from Trump to say Dr. Carson, Walker, Cruz, etc. They will say he is unelectable as well and push Jeb because Jeb has all the donor money and they don't. They cannot sustain a long term campaign against him. These are the same ones that brought us Dole, McCain, and Romney as great candidates. |

Many people have taken the comment about losing the primaries in order to win the general election far too lightly.
The interaction of the Republican party rules which effectively limit the number of candidates whose name will be permitted to be considered for nomination and state laws regarding convention delegates' votes on the first ballot could result in a large number of uncommitted delegates at the convention. The Bush family has been at this game for a long time and they started planning JEB!'s run before the last presidential election. He wouldn't be doing this if there wasn't a path to the nomination.
