New Afghan Govt sets free taliban leaders after they promise to be good.  They referred to them as "our brothers".  I have said from the beginning that we should grease the whole damn country.  They all should be killed.  This is BS.

If we walk just away again, I will lose all faith in our government.

Let the assholes go free, fine. Who's to say they won't be visited by a group of guys wearing black baklavas in the middle of the night?

If we accept the new Afghan government as legitimate, are we not now obligated to play by their rules? This is why we must not recognize their government until we are satisfied they are working in the best interests of everyone involved.
