Anyone remember this show? I was 10 years old, but i remember liking it alot. I'd love to see it again & see just how cheesy it was.

Great show I think I was 12 or 13 when it came out. I remember Mac from Magnum P.I. leaving to do that show. Probably not the best career move.

Sure do. I was in 12th grade. It was also on tv land, i think, several years ago.

I liked it, because it was like Raiders of the Lost Ark. But I always had to do swimming when it aired, so i never really saw it or remembered it.

I was sorely disappointed when it was cancelled.

Yeah, I remember it. Used to watch it all the time.

Loved him using the wine bottle duct taped to the instrument panel as an artificial horizon indicator!!

I remember it, but it would probably be painful to watch now.

Was there a flying boat in that show, or was that 'Bring 'em back alive?' I used to watch the heck out of those shows, but remember little.

Other awesome shows from back in the day:

1) Dukes of Hazzard. Still an awesome show.
2) Magnum PI
3) Simon and Simon

When I was a kid there were 5 shows that were 'Don't Miss'.

1. Dukes of Hazzard
2. Miami Vice
3. The Master (Lee Van Cleef)
4. That stupid time travel show with the guy that shot himself and I can't remember the name
5. Tales of the Gold Monkey

No, Automan was that Desi Arnez jr. crap about a happless cop, and his computer generated buddy who solved crimes together, and hijinks ensued.

Ha if by "From time to time" you mean "in the half season that show was on..."

But that was the Desi Arnaz jr. vehicle. I don't remember a lot about Automan (there was a lot of really cool shows on during that period) actually. Just thought he was cool. And he went by "Otto Mann" when he wasn't in the glowing costume.

OK, who remembers the animated series "Galaxy Rangers?" ha Another fave. Or "The Mighty Orbots"

Hell, I was pretty bummed when the 80's got cancelled. It meant 6 months to graduation and full time employment

The only thing that sticks in my mind from Automan was when they were driving around, and Automan would take corners at exactly 90 degrees (cause he's digital, duh) ... his buddy would always get a face full of passenger's side window.

That's all I remember, too.
