First off, how do you pronounce that? Is the "H" silent, as in "Tool"?

I'm thinking of getting a bag for my roof of my Outback. Do I need to get a Thule rack or will my factory rack work to secure the bag? Should I get the basic rack anyway? Is it stronger than my factory rack?

Who's got one of these things? Any good?

Nobody?

Disclaimer: I am not an expert in these things and probably can't help you.

I bought a Thule rack for my canoe for my Forrester. Very sturdy. I'd vote for getting a rack for the bag just to be safe. It attaches more securely.

If it's named after the town/airbase in Greenland, I'd suggest it's more like "too le"

I'm pretty sure the "Volvo" branded racks and bike shit I've got on my V70 are made by Thule. If so, I like their quality and durability a lot.
