god this place is a confusing mess... Syria is siding with Russia against turkey, moderates and isis. US is siding with moderates against everyone.

They just threatened to shoot down Turks if they bomb Kurds. How does that jive with "Iran vs Kurds" thing? Or are we talking Iraqi Kurds as opposed to Syrian Kurds? I always get lost in the alphabet soup of Kurdish militias. |

You keep making multiple spelling mistakes when writing "Al Qaeda" It's a strange mental symptom that seems to be associated with getting news from CNN (for politicians, it spreads via large monetary contributions from the Saudis)

Erdogan wants the KRG to remain intact as a buffer against the Iraqi Shia/Iran. Turkey is allied with,not opposed to,the Barzanis. The KRG doesn't really have that much use for their kin in Rojava. |
