750 hp? I am not a car guy, but isn't that just an insane amount of power for a car?

yes.  this is clearly a danger to our children and these high capacity cars should be banned.

On a sidenote, would everyone please stop calling magazines 'high' capacity and start calling them 'normal' capacity?

Oh yeah.  I'd like an M1A.  national match, please.  it's only a couple thousand.  how about we create a fund for me?

No its not. I have actually driven a 750HP car on a track up to about 130MPH.

Can I put ya down for $1 a HP???

Looks like it uses some key Mustang II parts.
Now, correct me if I'm wrong (and I certainly could be), but didn't the Mustang II use basically the same underpinnings as the Ford Fairmont of that era?

And if I'm correct, you all are essentially drooling over a $120,000 Shelby Fairmont wannabe with a "really cool" fiberglass (I saw it in the movies so it must be fast) body?

Jeez, just buy a Vette and use the extra cash to make some useful performance mods.

There, now let the Ford vs. Chevy war begin...
[:D]

Edit:
Crap!  I misread an earlier post.  Just ignore my ramblings...move along...nothing to see here.

Still, for $120,000 you could build up a really nice street ride that doesn't look like some kind of Detroit concept car abortion. [:D]

I've got a guy that could build the same thing for around $50,000. Matter of fact he's restoring my 1970 Chevelle as we speak[:D]
